About the Council

The Special Education Program Council is an advisory council that strives to increase collaborative and trusting partnerships between parents/guardians and BISD employees in the area of Special Education.

The council brings voices together to advise, advocate, and offer guidance in support of students, families, and staff in our BISD Special Education community.
