Our Student Services team provides the essential foundation that allows every student in the Bainbridge Island School District to thrive. We believe in fostering an environment of belonging where social, emotional, and academic needs are supported with deep compassion, individualized care, and intentional resources. By establishing robust multi-tiered systems of support—from mental health counseling and specialized instruction to nursing care, guidance services, and inclusive programming—we ensure that every child feels seen, heard, and genuinely valued within our schools.
