Eagle Harbor High School (EHHS) is an alternative public high school in Bainbridge Island, Washington, focused on providing personalized, student-centered, and self-directed education. Operating as part of the Commodore Options School program, EHHS offers a flexible academic structure tailored to students whose learning styles thrive outside a traditional comprehensive high school environment.

The Odyssey Multiage Program is a public K–8 choice program within the Bainbridge Island School District (housed at Commodore Options School) focused on student-centered, multi-grade learning and active parent involvement. Originally founded as the "Family Classroom," its educational model prioritizes community-driven support, student self-direction, and social-emotional growth.

The Mosaic Home Education Partnership (housed at Commodore Options School) is a public K–8 Parent Partnership Program designed for families who choose to homeschool while utilizing public district resources. It bridges home-based education with certified teacher guidance and part-time, on-campus group learning.

The El Velero Spanish Immersion Program is a public K–4 choice program within the Bainbridge Island School District (housed at Ordway Elementary School) focused on dual-language immersion and cross-cultural education. Designed to deliver the district's core elementary curriculum in a bilingual environment, the program develops academic fluency, literacy, and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
