Any seniors in high school that would like to have their CTE credits transcribed onto an official Olympic College transcript should complete number four from the college website at this link. This is a Microsoft form with just a few questions: name, mailing address, date of birth, high school attended, personal email address, and if they plan to attend OC in the fall. Underclassmen that are leaving the district may also request transcription.
 
Once teachers have posted grades, the transcription process will start. After transcription has been completed, the students will receive a congratulatory letter and a copy of their unofficial transcript through US mail with the address they supplied on the form.
