Nutrition, Ingredients & Wellness Resources

  • Elementary Menu Items - Ingredients*:

Please note - this ingreditent information is provided as a general guide and is subject to change.

    • All LIFE-THREATENING FOOD ALLERGIES need to be addressed directly with the school nurse.
    • As part of the National School Lunch Program our students are offered a variety of choices each day.  If your student does not have a life threatening allergy or life threatening medical condition he/she should choose an appropriate substitution from the items on the menu that day.
    • Remember:  For life Threatening Allergies and Medical Conditions, meals from home provide the safest option.

In addition to our regular vendors, as part of the National School Lunch Program, we also accept USDA Commodity Items.  When a single item has multiple sources, each ingredient list is included under the single name header.

It is not uncommon for our regular vendor to be out of a particular product and to substitute a different but similar product.  We do not always know this in advance and our elementary schools do not always receive full labeled cases (we portion out most items in our central kitchen).

*Menus, food items, descriptions, ingredients, allergen lists, food preparation methods, and other deails regarding the food are subject to frequent changes. Take the regular occurrence of such changes into consideration before relying on the information produced by the manufacturer provided documents on this website.
