State FBLA Results

BHS FBLA had ten students compete at the state conference in ten different events. Lucy Hanacek qualified for national competition in Anaheim this June. Here are the overall results:

Honors Recital

In preparation for the State Chamber Music Competition, there will be an Honors Recital Thursday, April 20 at the Bainbridge Masonic Lodge. Doors open at 6:30pm downbeat at 7. Tickets are $15 and include food, ticket link. Students going to State

  • College and Career Fair

    Bainbridge High School will be holding a College & Career Fair on Monday, April 24 from 1:45-6:30. This is a two part event incorporating a teen job workshop as well as an employer and community college/tech school fair. This event is intended to prepare students for the ins and outs of how to successfully land and keep a sumer job or internship and how the skills they acquire translate t their future careers.

  • Nick of Time Foundation  EKG Youth Heart Screening

    Sudden Cardiac Arrest is the leading cause of sudden death in exercising in “at-play” young people and is typically the result of an undiagnosed structural or electrical problem. On Wednesday, May 3 the Nick of Time Foundation will be at BHS to provide heart screenings to anyone between the ages of 14-24 suggested donation of $25.     Notes: Please register by Monday, April 24th and if you have an AP test that day note if it is a morning or afternoon test on your forms so you can be scheduled correctly.

  • anything goes poster

    Spring Musical

    Anything Goes, a sea-worthy musical with songs by Cole Porter, unravels a sailor's knot of madcap comedy and romance will be presented at BHS on Thursday - Saturday, April 20 - 22 & 27 - 29, at 7:30pm in the LGI.

    Tickets: $8 for students, $10 for adults.

  • Job Shadow Opportunity

    The CTE Department is launching their annual Job Shadow Program for students ages 16 and up. If you would like to spend an afternoon "trying on" a career, please go to the BHS CTE Department homepage and look on the left for the Work Based Learning tab, or click here. The student application and program details are located there. Interested students must submit a completed Job Shadow Application by May 1st.
