  • Prom Dress Donation

    Prom/Formal Dress Donation Closet

    If you have a prom dress or suit that you no longer need, don't let it hang in the back of your closet and gather dust for another day. Instead, donate it! Fashion Class is collecting donated prom attire and distributing them at no charge to needy high school students. Dresses can be brought to Ms. Mattaparthy in room 102 through April 25th


    AP Payments, Schedule, & Misc. Info.

    AP Test Registration closed on Wednesday, February 27th. Please make sure you have paid for AP exam(s) online or in person (via check payable to BHS). Only students who registered through Total Registration will receive an exam. Check out the 2019 AP Schedule here and make sure you read and understand the AP Bulletin for Students and Parents.

  • Congratulations to Future Business Leaders of America

    The BHS FBLA chapter did great at the Future Business Leaders of America State Business Leadership Conference in Bellevue, WA. The BHS chapter had 25 top 10 placings, 13 students automatically qualified for the National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, TX. Students placing in the top 4 automatically qualify for nationals, 5th-10th placers are alternates in their events.

    Congratulations Grant Shinohara


    Grant won the Ricoh Sustainable Development Award for his project: The Future of Solar - The Utilization of Three-Dimensional Space and Carbon Allotropes applied to Photovoltaic Energy Generation. The award is presented to the student whose research has demonstrated the Principles and Technical Innovations that offer the greatest potential for Sustainable Development. Grant’s innovative new design for solar cells was among more than 600 presenters at the 62nd Annual Washington State Science and Engineering Fair held in Bremerton on March 29 and 30, 2019. Way to go Grant!

    Congratulations Eva Rockefeller Campbell

    Ava Rockefeller Campbell, was selected to participate in the Lt. Governor’s Washington World Fellows Program. She was one of 15 students from across the state to be selected. As a fellow, she will study for six weeks in Spain and upon her return, will participate in two years of college-prep and leadership opportunities. We are so proud of you, Ava!

    Cereal Drive for Helpline House

    The BHS Social Justice League is running a two-week long cereal drive for Helpline House. From Monday, April 15th through Friday April 26th we are collecting as many cereal boxes as possible to help fight hunger. Bring all boxes to your first period class.
