    PSAT/NMSQT Scores

Student scores from the PSAT/NMSQT will be available online to students starting Wednesday, December 12th. Students who provided their email address on their PSAT answer sheet will receive an email reminder from College Board explaining where and how to view/interpret scores. Students can set up a College Board account at any time if they do not currently have one. If a student does not see PSAT scores in their College Board account when they log in, they may need to enter an access code. Those students may email their counselor directly or can stop by the counseling office. All students are eligible to access Khan Academy for free SAT prep. For more information, please visit the College Board's PSAT website and BHS Counseling Testing website for more resources.

Are you a teen that has a job?

Find out if you can get school credit for your applied learning on the job! The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Department has a Work Based Learning Program that is designed to support students that are working and exploring their personal career interests. Through Work Based Learning (WBL) students that meet eligibility requirements (must be at least 16 y.o) can earn school CTE credit for their work hours. Additionally, staff at the BISD Career Center (located in the BHS library) are able to help students with resumes and job applications, career exploration, job seeking, and can serve as a teacher/mentor for students seeking access to work-related opportunities.

More information and student forms can be found on the CTE department website. Contact Mrs.Brown, Work Based Learning Coordinator at jbrown@bisd303.org for more information or stop by the Career Center (room 215 A in the BHS library).
