    9:00 – 9:35        COHO Time - This is our class meeting time. During this time, all Sakai classrooms work on team building and friendship skills. We discuss bullying prevention and work together to solve problems that may arise in our classroom environment. Much of our focus is on helping students create the character traits that will help them be successful in life. Traits like grit and perseverance, as well as tolerance, empathy and citizenship are common themes throughout the year. The coho salmon is our school mascot and we like to think that COHO stands for Courageous Observers Helping Others.
