     Students are expected to come to class with all the necessary supplies for learning. This includes their planners with assignments written down.

    The class is designed to provide the necessary instruction as related to the student's IEP.  The student will work on their own IEP goals as well as organizational skills, writing, test taking, note-taking and self-advocacy. Students are encouraged to develop their own skills of advocacy as they transition to high school and graduate.
     
    Healthy snacks are allowed in the classroom, when appropriate.  Students can bring a water bottle.. Students are expected to be polite, on time, respectful and courteous to all learners in the room.  The Student Planner also outlines the behavioral expectations for the entire school.
