  • TCI Online Textbook/Workbook

Use this link to access the TCI Ancient World History online Textbook and Workbook. This should be done if you forget your materials at school and you cannot print off extra copies of the Workbook pages to complete at home.

  • Google Classroom

This is where the majority of the work will be done for my classes that is not done in the SS Workbook or any other in-class pencil-and-paper work.

Because Google Classroom is a "closed system," you must be "enrolled" in my class to be able to view Classroom. THIS MEANS PARENTS/GUARDIANS MUST HAVE THEIR STUDENTS LOGIN IN ORDER TO SEE WORK. I will be collecting emails from parents/guardians in the next two weeks that will allow me to send automated messages from Google to parents/guardians about what happened each week in Classroom, including missing assignments, returned work with scores, announcements, etc.

  • Conflict Report

Conflict is a part of the human experience: often it helps us determine our beliefs, encourages us to stand up for what we believe is right, and helps us learn from our mistakes. However, sometimes conflict goes further and becomes detrimental to a person's well-being.

We at Sakai take bullying seriously. In an effort to better document conflicts, provide more streamlined assistance and be more available to our students, I have set up a Google Form that students can fill out if they believe they are being bullied. Hopefully this will remove the stigma many students feel about being a "tattle-tale" and will make the process go a lot smoother.

The information shared on this Form will not be shared with anyone besides myself and any Sakai staff member that will need to be used in order to bring about a peaceful and lasting resolution to the conflict.

The report can be found by following the link below.
