Adaptive Physical Education / BRIDGE Fitness


    BRIDGE Fitness is an Adaptive PE program designed for students who have significant challenges participating in general education PE at school. When enrolled in Adaptive PE/BRIDGE Fitness, students practice a variety of physical skills in a group setting, have a lot of fun, and feel as successful and confident about themselves as possible. The BRIDGE Fitness teacher helps keep parents informed of community programs such as TOP Soccer, Challenger Baseball, yoga, aikido and dance classes that accommodate students of all abilities.
