Welcome to BHS Cross Country!Consistency is KeyJoin in BIXC Summer Conditioning. Starting in June, student-athletes participate in preparation for the fall season. This improves your fitness level, enjoyment of the team and fall racing!Summer conditioning is not an official program of BHS nor BISD. Always use good judgement, safety skills and common sense.Summer Schedule - for August 18 -
Friday morning: Phelps/Hidden Cove ballfields, 9:30-11am OR
Friday evening: Phelps/Hidden Cove ballfields, 6:30-8pm
Online training logs are set up in individual tabs on a shared Google sheet. Please contact coaches@bixc.simplelists.com (that's our coaches team group email) to sign up.Practice participation is required starting Monday, August 21. Student-athletes must be registered online through BHS to participate. BHS Cross Country starts two weeks before the first day of school.. The season is only 10-11 weeks long, depending on qualifying for the District and State Championships.Our meet schedule is established and most detailed at our athletic.net site. Fall Season practices are Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30pm.

For all team members, a mandatory and fun team-building day.
Second week of the season: Tuesday, August 29, at IslandWood. Arrive 9:00am. Depart 3:05pm.
