    Proposed practice schedule (subject to change at coach's discretion):
     
    Pre-Season Training 
    Monday, August 21 - Friday, September 1 (no practice Saturday or Sunday)
    Team All Day Retreat - Friday, August 25th (more details to come)
    Morning Dryland:  M-W-F 7:30-9:30 in Paski for dryland and fun team building activities
    Afternoon Swim: Mon, Wed, Fri PM: 3:30-5:30 // Tue, Thur PM: 3:30-5:00
    Afternoon Dive: Mon, Wed, Fri PM: 3:30-5:30
     
    Regular Season Practice Times (begins Tuesday, September 5th)
    Mandatory Practices: 
    Mon: 3:00 PM team meeting // 3:30-5:30 PM pool time
    Wed and Fri: 3:30-5:30 PM pool time
    Tue, Thur: 3:30-5:00 PM 
    Dive Tank:  M-W-F 3:30- 5:30
