The goal of Bainbridge Island School District’s Transportation Department is to transport students to our schools safely and efficiently each day. The department also provides transportation for field trips and WIAA sports.

We maintain a fleet of 30 buses of varying sizes with a staff that consists of a transportation supervisor, 1 driver trainer, 1 router, an office professional, 2 mechanics, and twenty regular/substitute drivers. Our buses cover 19 routes, including special education.
