     Athletes may not register themselves! BHS requires a Parent or Guardian to complete the registration for BHS Sports.

     Please read this note on Physical Exams and Baseline Concussion Testing:

    All athletes must have a current physical exam on file in the office before turning out for a team. Physical exams are considered current for two years from the date of the exam. This WIAA Form  is the preferred physical form, but we also accept physical forms from pediatrician offices as long as they state that the athlete is cleared to play sports.  

    All athletes must also have a current (no older than 24 months) baseline concussion test on file in the office before turning out for a sport. We are offering concussion baseline testing to our 2021 fall athletes on Wednesday 8/18, Thursday 8/19, and Friday 8/20.   Please click the link below to reserve a testing appointment:

    Payments
    All participants will pay a participation fee of $125, due when the athlete has been placed on a roster. All participants must also purchase an ASB card.   Payment instructions can be found here .
     
    Financial Aid 
     
    We would like all high school students to be able to access the many activities we offer at BHS.  Information on financial aid that is available to athletes can be found by going to the Fees Fines and Financial Assistance page under the "For Families" tab. on the BHS website.

    Bainbridge High School uses FamilyID as an online registration platform. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile so you enter your information only once for multiple uses, multiple family members and multiple programs. FamilyID is a separate entity from Bainbridge Island School District and the use of the service is an agreement between you and FamilyID.  The Bainbridge Island School District does not oversee or monitor this company.  Please read the FamilyID User Agreement carefully before using this service. 

    parent/guardian should register by clicking This BHS Sports Registration Link and following these steps: 

    If you already have a FamilyID account, login.

    1. Under the "Programs" title, Search for Bainbridge High School. Click the "2021-2022 Cheer Registration" link, and then on the program(s) you want to sign up for and complete the registration. 
    2. Review your registration summary and click "Confirm Registration" to submit.  Once completed, you will receive an email receipt from registrations@familyid.com.  You can also view your completed registration on your Dashboard.  You can log into https://www.familyid.com at any time to update your information and to check your registration(s).
    3. If you need assistance with your registration, you can call Family ID at 888-800-5583 ext. 1 or email support@familyid.com. FamilyID also offers online chat during business hours and a support center at https://familyid.desk.com.  Support is available 7 days per week and messages will be returned promptly.

    If you are new to FamilyID, create an account (upper left corner of home page):   

    1. Sign Up for your secure FamilyID account by entering your family name, email address and password.  You will receive an email with a link to confirm your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folders.)
    2. Click on the link in your email confirmation, which will log you in to FamilyID.
    3. Under the "Programs" title, Search for Bainbridge High School. Click the "2021-2022 Cheer Registration" link, and then on the program(s) you want to sign up for and complete the registration. 
    4.
