2020 Winter One Acts – IMPORTANT UPDATE 1/22/20 

NOTE: Change in Tech & Performance Dates

3 Performances on One Weekend –  Friday, Feb. 7 at 7:00 pm & 

           Sat., Feb. 8 at 3:00 p.m. AND 7:00 pm

*Note: Due to inclement weather disruptions and the changes in finals/semester dates,  performances are now the second week only with ONE performance on Friday, Feb. 7 and TWO  performances on Saturday, Feb. 8.   

Rehearsals in Portable A - Monday, January 13 - Thursday, January 30.  - -  Each director schedules one hour in Portable A (Hume’s Room) with the master schedule in google classroom.  Student directors give notes. Begin Monday check-in with the Advisor, the Production Manager and Lead Techie.  Playwrights are also welcome to attend any rehearsals and any of these “check-in” meetings to voice their feedback on their script as the rehearsal process progresses.

Tech Rehearsals for Entire Cast/Crew -  Monday, Feb. 3 AND Thurs. Feb. 6 only!! Whole show rehearses with tech every afternoon on Monday and Thursday ONLY due to schedule conflicts with Woodward Auditorium.   Tech runs are MANDITORY from 3:30 pm - 6:30 p.m. after school at Woodward Middle School Auditorium. (Includes Entr’Acte Performers). DIRECTORS:  MAKE SURE TO SCHEDULE REHEARSALS WITH YOUR ACTORS ON TUESDAY, FEB. 4 & WEDNESDAY, FEB. 5 EITHER IN PORTABLE A OR ANOTHER LOCATION CONVENIENT TO YOUR CAST.

PERFORMANCES:

Performances: Friday,  Feb. 7 at 7:00 p.m. & Saturday, February 8 at 3:00 p.m.  & 7 p.m.  Call for cast and tech at 6:00 p.m on Friday & 2 p.m. on Saturday at Woodward Middle School Auditorium. 

NOTE: PIZZA WILL BE SERVED ON SATURDAY, 2/8 TO THE ENTIRE CAST AND CREW BETWEEN PERFORMANCES!!   STRIKE WILL HAPPEN JUST AFTER THE EVENING PERFORMANCE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO HELP STRIKE YOUR CASTS PROPS, SETS, PERSONAL ITEMS AFTER THE CLOSING SHOW ON 2/8/20.
