Walk up road to Hilltop meadow near barn.Tues, 9/19 - Quick start to workout. Please get into Empire teams quick-like. Range of workouts, Quality or recovery depending on your training group.3:30-5:45pm at BHSKinstretch, group 2 and group 1.Wednes, 9/13 - Easy, pre-race day. Empire group runs, led by captains, for tips and racing tricks on our home course.6:30-7:30am: Pool run for XT.
