    Here is updated information for the class of 2019 and their parents. As we come to the end of the year please check here for updates on surveys, dates, events, etc.

    Please fill out this google form to be included in the Bainbridge Island Review "Senior Salute" section, which is devoted entirely to the graduating class of 2019. The deadline to submit your answers has been extended through Monday, May 27th!

    The Senior Survey is now available on Naviance. All seniors will need to complete the survey in order to pick up your tickets for graduation. Once logged into Naviance, click on the "About Me" tab at the top of the homepage. Then in the "My Surveys" section click on "See All Surveys" The "Bainbridge High School Senior Survey 2019" will appear. Simply click on the Survey and begin. Also, don't forget to request your final transcript to be sent to your college through Parchment and select "Hold for Grades" and make sure that your email account with Parchment is your home email address and NOT frogrock. **At the moment the survey will not let you submit unless you answer question #5 with a military branch. Go ahead and select whichever you want and submit, your answer will be fixed when submissions are collected.**

    Prom will be held at the Seattle Aquarium on Friday, May 31, from 7:30-10:30pm.

  • Future Footprint Logo  May Future Footprint

    All students are invited to attend the May Future Footprint on Friday, May 24th during your lunch period. Future Footprint is a career exploration speaker series hosted by the CTE Department with a new topic each month. Invited speakers will share information about their careers and answer students' questions in a casual setting while students eat their lunches. The topic for May is manufacturing, design, and construction-related careers. We will have speakers from SAFE Boats and Alchemy Industrial.

    Future Footprint will be held the BHS Library Reading Room during both 1st and 2nd lunch. Students are encouraged to bring their lunch to the session. The CTE Department will provide the cookies.

    Cross Country Waffle Feed

    The BHS Cross Country team is having a team and family waffle feed on Sunday, June 9, @ Battle Point Park from 11:30am-1:30pm. Current runners, their families and anyone interested in participating in cross country in the future is invited. Information Flyer

    Attention Spring Football and All Fall Athletes

    In order to participate in sports at BHS, you need a VALID concussion baseline test on file. You will not be permitted to participate without a valid test. If you plan on playing Spring and/or Fall Football, please see FOOTBALL-ONLY testing dates. All other athletes, please see June and August testing dates. If you are unsure whether or not you need a new baseline test, please e-mail Ms. Amanda:

    It Is Grad-o-Gram Time

    Grad-O-Grams are notes that are given to each Bainbridge High School and Eagle Harbor High School graduating senior following their graduation practice. The notes are written by parents, friends, relatives, current or former coaches, etc. The notes should be encouraging in nature and hopefully acknowledge some positive attribute or behavior that has been observed in the student (kindness, honesty, caring, responsibility, cultural competence, positive peer influence, helping to create a caring school and/or community climate, personal integrity, activity in the arts, sports, or other after school activities, community service, academic excellence, other developmental asset, etc.). The Grad-O-Gram form may be completed and sent to school in one of the following ways:

    1. E-mail the form to Please make sure that the e-mail includes the first and last name of the student who should receive it.
    2. Send the letter to me via district mail. Please make sure that the letter includes the first and last name of the student who should receive it.

  • 5th Avenue Theatre Award Honors

    Press Release: The 5th Avenue Theatre spreads the joy of musicals to even the youngest members of our community—from kids in the far corners of our state to the teens right here in our own backyard. By growing a community of musical lovers who see and participate in performances early and often, we ensure a vibrant future for tomorrow’s audiences. That’s why we created The 5th Avenue Theatre Awards: Honoring High School Musicals
    Congratulations to all! This year, our evaluators saw 128 productions, each and every one of which was worthy of our applause. Here are the nominees and recipients for the 2019 5th Avenue Awards.     Crew Earns Nationals Spot

    Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Lightweight 8+ who qualified for Nationals in Sarasota-Bradenton, FL, June 6-9. Members of the crew are: Coxswain, Jane Ekstrand, Rowers, Natalie Hammel, Georgia Sauerman, Cassidy Parr, Lea Wolf, Zoe Pells, Kaitlyn Hung, Alexa Johnston, and Holly Lawrence.

    Congratulations to Model UN Members

    Twenty three BHS Model UN members traveled to Vancouver, BC and four won awards from their committees: Sara Bukair and Cora Cole won best delegate, Peter Streufert won for best research, and Lucia Opalka received an honorable mention.

    Softball Individual Honors

    Congratulations to Malia Peato who earned a spot as a pitcher on the 2019 Metro All-League Softball team. Ruby Ramundo, Grace Colburn, Anna Kozlosky, and Abby Sullivan were named to 1st Team All Metro Mountain Team.

    Boys Lacrosse Moves into Semi-Finals

    Girls Lacrosse Player Awards

    Thuy Lan Ortiz, Eleanor Collins, Kendall Havill, Ruby Iaria, Eleanor King, and Lauren Pujolar were awarded All Conference honors in the Metro League.

    Congratulations to our four girls lacrosse players who named to Team Washington Eleanor King, Eleanor Collins, Kendall Havill, and Lauren Pujolar.

    Congratulations Girls Water Polo Division Honorees

    Grace Carson, Kristina DuPont, and Vivian Morrow named to Division 2 First Team.  Trudy Rimbault and Frances Weller named to Division 2 Second Team. Alex Miller named Honorable Mention.
