  • Student Guidelines for Halloween Costumes: 

    Masks, excessive face paint, blood, and gore, as well as accessories representing or resembling weapons are not permitted at school. Costumes that are in poor taste or may be offensive to people based on race, religion, or gender are not permitted at school. Please use good judgment if you wear a costume to school on Halloween.

  • This Week at BHS:

    BHS Fall Band Concert -  Wednesday, October 29th @ 6:30 PM in the Commons.  The event is free, family friendly, and open to the public. The concert will feature our Freshmen Band, Symphonic Band, and Wind Ensemble.  The night will conclude with our award winning Spartan Marching Band.  Hope you will join us. 
    Football Doubleheader -   Thursday, October 30th,  BHS Frosh Football vs. Roosevelt @ 4:30 PM; Varsity vs. Chief Sealth @ 7:30 PM.  Wear White! to celebrate Hope and Healing in light of last week's incidents at two high schools in our area.

    Upcoming Events:

    Cash for College - PTSO will once again be hosting Paula Bishop to discuss "cash for college."  During this informative workshop, Paula will explore the top questions parents and students have about planning for and paying for a college education.  Please join us Wednesday, November 5th @ 7:00 PM in the BHS Commons. 
    BHS Fall Theater Production -  The Laramie Project, will be performed November 11/7, 11/8, 11/14, 11/15 in the BHS LGI. Please check out our website for additional information.

  • CLICKATHON - If you have not yet clicked to support the Bainbridge Schools Foundation “Clickathon,” Oct. 15-31, I would encourage you to do so. Bainbridge Schools Foundation focuses on raising money for schools to assist with staffing, innovations, and professional development. Our teachers have all benefited from your donations. Some of the BSF supported areas at BHS include:

    o   First Robotics Club

    o   Classroom Innovation Teacher Grants

    o   PSAT Testing for ALL Juniors

    o   Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) Coordinator .6 STEM

    o   Professional Development Funds

    o   Rocket Club

    o   Robotic Startup for Science Classes
