Assignment:                                                                                                             

Read a biography of an appropriate reading level outside of class time.

Take the Accelerated Reader (AR) quiz for the book. If a quiz is not available for the book you have read please discuss the book with your teacher.

Draft a biography poem about the main person in the biography.

Collect pictures representing the person’s accomplishments.

Create a finished poem and collage on a 9 x 12 sheet of paper.

Present the poem by placing it on your shelf space in the classroom.
