It's time for the ABCs

Annual Back-to-school Check-in (ABC)
This simple process helps us prepare for your student’s return and ensures we have the most up-to-date information to keep them safe and supported.
Here is how to get started:
-
Who: All returning student needs to complete the ABCs
-
Where: Log in to your Family Access
-
Time: It usually takes 15 minutes or less.
-
Deadline: Please complete this before August to ensure your student’s class placement or schedule is released on time.
A NOTE FOR MULTIPLE HOUSEHOLD:
For students with more than one family, ONLY the Primary Family will have access to complete the ABC’s. Guardians of Non-Primary Families will have “read-only” access. If this is a hardship for your family, please contact the school office for guidance, or send an email to studentrecords@bisd303.org.
TIPS FOR A SMOOTH PROCESS:
- Use a computer: We highly recommend using a desktop or laptop rather than a mobile device.
- Maximize your view: Click the “View Full Screen” buttons whenever they are available.
- Lock in your progress: You must click the “Complete Step and Move to….” button on each step to mark it as complete.
- Donations are optional: The PTSO and Bainbridge Schools Foundation steps are purely informational. Donations are deeply appreciated, but NOT required!
- Pending approvals? Keep going: If you make a change request that requires district approval, you can still complete the step and move on to the next one.
- Double-check your checkmarks: If you think you've finished but the process isn't showing as complete, check the right-hand menu. Look for any steps missing a checkmark, click the link, provide any missing signatures or dates, and click the "Complete step" button.
- The final step takes two clicks: Finish up by clicking “Complete ABC 26-27” followed by “Submit ABC 26-27.” As soon as you hit submit, you will receive an on-screen notice and a confirmation email!
